It really is. We’ve seen a fox in our tiny suburban garden recently at night, only a couple of brief visits, but it thrills to see a wild thing up close!
Such terrific animals. We have a sign upon entering our city that says deer crossing. I have lived here for 45 years and never have I had the pleasure of seeing one.

It was one evening last week, Pete. The weather sometimes brightens up then and, of course, evening is the best time to see the deer.

I have seen them visiting family out of state. But alas it is far too urban here now.

It takes less that half an hour to walk to where we can see them.

That’s wonderful. I am half an hour away from grazing cows on either end of my city, They are no where near as pretty. LOL
